What information is needed for access?
Requests for new accounts must be made through known sponsors.
- Name
- Surname
- Organization (authority with state or company)
- Business e-mail address
- Business phone number
- Associated project (dabag / AuRegis / e²-Verbund)
- User role (tester or administrator of a specific environment)
Is there a limit to the number of accesses?
No
How do I change my password?
You can easily change your password in the portal. Enter the requested data.
The username must be entered in the following form:
ref2\johnd (User: John Doe)
Note: After receiving or changing the password you have to wait 24h before you can reset your password.
(Until then, use the password that you received from us initially.)
Complexity guidelines
he changed password must comply with the complexity guidelines:
- It must not contain significant parts of the user's account name, nor the full account name.
- The password must be at least nine characters long.
- The password must not contain the current year
- It must contain characters from three of the following four categories:
- Capital letters from A to Z.
- Lowercase letters from a to z
